Full Body Postpartum Workout / Postpartum Cardio HIIT + Postpartum Exercises

Crush it with this week's postpartum workout!

We are going to do a full body HIIT workout, including cardio and exercises to target all the different areas of the body. This is designed to be safe if you have diastasis recti or abdominal separation, however watch your core and make sure you're not getting any coning or doming of the stomach during any of the moves. We don't need any equipment however in some of the moves, light dumbbells are optional.
