This Full Body WALL Pilates Is Transforming Bodies After Pregnancy!

I'm excited we are mixing it up today with a 20-Min Postnatal WALL Pilates Class! Adding the wall as equipment intensifies and keeps this Pilates safe for postpartum. We will tone the full body with a focus on core, glutes and legs. I also provide modification for diastasis recti and after c-section for the ab section.
