Postpartum Workout ARMS & ABS (20 Minute Postpartum Abs + Arms Workout)


Today is Day 9 of the Postpartum Workout Challenge: POSTPARTUM ARMS & ABS! I used 3 and 7 lbs dumbbells, but choose a weight that feels good for you or use filled-up water bottles. I include modifications for diastasis recti or post-c-section. I hope you feel amazing after this 20-minute postpartum arms and postpartum ab workout!
