15 Minute Postpartum Workout | Cardio + Pilates Abs | Diastasis Recti Safe

For this week’s postnatal workout, we’re going to do a 15-minute HIIT cardio and finish up with some Pilates ab workout. I’ve included Diastasis Recti safe modifications as well. We don't need any equipment except a mat or a comfortable floor.
