I know how busy you are so today we are doing a 12-Min Postpartum Cardio Workout! This one has NO TALKING & NO EQUIPMENT! Just follow along and have fun! If you have diastasis recti or have recently been cleared to exercise after a c-section, use the easier option/modifications. I do give advanced options for workout partners/friends or if high impact is safe for you (maybe you are doing this 1 or 2+ years postpartum!) I hope this sweaty cardio burst leaves you feeling amazing after!
