Last week I shared the exercises I used to prepare for 3 natural and positive (pain-free) births. Today, I'm sharing the stretches that I did daily to get the baby into an optimal fetal position, open my hips and prepare my body for a shorter and easier labor. Of course, the stretches also helped get rid of the aches and pains and helped my body feel amazing!
I hear hundreds of positive birth stories now and I love hearing how preparing your mind and body makes such a huge difference in your birth. Of course, I'm so excited for you and I really believe you can have your positive birth and beautiful baby!
