15-Min Postpartum Cardio HIIT Workout!

Today we are doing a 15-minute intense postpartum HIIT cardio workout! It's Tabata style so the workout will fly by before you know it! The workout is low impact, but I offer advanced options if high impact is safe for you or if you are doing the workout with a friend or partner. We end with an AB finisher! I also provide modification for diastasis recti and after c-section for the ab section.
