20-Minute Postpartum Workout | Tabata HIIT | No Equipment

Today we are doing a 20-minute sweaty postpartum HIIT workout! It's Tabata style so the workout will fly by before you know it! The workout is low impact, but I offer advanced options if high impact is safe for you or if you are doing the workout with a friend or partner. We end with an AB finisher! I also provide modification for diastasis recti and after c-section for the ab section.
