Postpartum Workout Legs & Glutes | 20-Minute Postnatal Workout

Today is Day 10 of the Postpartum Workout Challenge: POSTPARTUM LEGS AND GLUTES! I used 7 lbs dumbbells, but choose a weight that feels good for you or use filled-up water bottles. I include modifications for diastasis recti or post-c-section. I hope you feel amazing after this 20-minute postpartum workout!
