Postpartum Workout Arms & Shoulders | 20 Minute Postnatal Workout (Upper Body)


Today is Day 3 of the Postpartum Workout Challenge ARMS & SHOULDERS! I use 7 lbs dumbbells, but water bottles and laundry detergent bottles would also work. You can also do the moves without any weights, especially if you are easing back into exercise, have diastasis recti, or had a c-section. I hope you love this 20-minute postpartum workout!
