Pregnancy/Postpartum Workout | FULL BODY 30 Minute Workout 🔥


Today we are doing a Pregnancy and Postpartum Safe Full Body Workout! I use 2-pound and 7-pound dumbbells, but filled-up water bottles or cans of beans would work also. I include modifications for diastasis recti or post-c-section. I hope you feel amazing after this 30-minute pregnancy/postpartum workout!
