Today we are doing a 30-minute full-body pregnancy workout for a fit and sculpted pregnant body! We will also do pregnancy exercises and stretches to prepare your body for birth (and shorter labor) and get the baby into an optimal fetal position. I hope you feel energetic and amazing after this workout! Safe for all trimesters. I do the entire workout low impact, but provide high-impact options for those of you it's safe for (or perhaps you are working out with a partner or friend!)
