Postnatal Pilates with Diastasis Recti Exercises (Core Healing After Pregnancy) Postpartum Pilates

For this week, I'd love to share this amazing postpartum workout!


We are doing a postnatal Pilates workout with a focus on core healing after pregnancy. I will include diastasis recti healing exercises and target the whole body during the workout. We don't need any equipment for this workout except for a mat or a comfortable floor to get down on, and water to keep hydrated.
