We will start with a warm-up, the Tabata section will include pregnancy cardio, and then we'll do some really nice stretches at the end. You don't need any equipment except for a mat or a comfortable floor to get down on.
Safe for all trimesters, but as always, listen to your body and feel free to make modifications.
