Pregnancy Workout | Full Body Sculpt (Cardio + Prenatal Pilates + Stretches)

Feel the burn with today's full body pregnancy sculpting workout!

We're going to start with Tabata Cardio, then some pregnancy sculpting moves and finish up with a nice stretch.

You have the option to add a couple of dumbbells for some of the movements. but feel free to just use your arms (or water bottles) if that feels better for you.
