Full Body Postnatal Pilates | Babywearing Option (Exercise With Baby)


Today we are doing a 25-Minute minute standing Postpartum Pilates Class! You can do this entire workout babywearing (exercise with baby) or just on your own! We start with exercises on the floor and finish babywearing. Your little one may even fall asleep! You can also grab a toy or rattle to play with them while you workout!
