20 Minute Pregnancy Strength Workout, With Dumbbells (+ Stretch)


Today we are doing a 20-minute pregnancy strength workout with dumbbells for a STRONG PREGNANCY! I used 2 10 lbs dumbbells, but use a weight that feels good for you or grab filled water bottles or cans of beans! Safe for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester.
