Indoor Walking Workout Beginner | 2 Mile Walk (Pregnancy, Postpartum, Babywearing Workout)

Today we are doing a super fun indoor walking workout! It's beginner safe and anyone can do it. Safe to use as a pregnancy workout, postpartum workout and it's all standing so you can do it babywearing (workout with baby) also. It's all low impact, but I offer advanced options if you are doing this with a partner or you are joining after your 4th trimester. Hope you love the music and have fun!
