Welcome to this week's postpartum workout!

This is the second video in a series of after C-section workouts, I will link the first one here if you haven't seen it yet. This is similar style but with all new moves. To keep your core safe, keep your ribs pulled (ensure they are not splaying out). No equipment will be needed for this workout except for a mat or comfortable floor to get down on.
