Prenatal Strength Workout | Pregnancy Workout With Weights (1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester)

This is a full body 20-minute prenatal strength workout with dumbbells. We can also do this without dumbbells or use any dumbbells alterative. We will do 45 seconds of movement with a 15 second setup or break and then do a short stretch at the end.
