Pregnancy Mat Pilates (20-Minute Prenatal Pilates Class)


Today we are doing a 20-Minute Pregnancy Mat Pilates Workout for strengthening and toning during pregnancy! You can start this as early as your first trimester and continue until your birth! I hope you feel amazing after this prenatal pilates class (safe for 1sts trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).
