Today we are doing a Pregnancy and Postpartum Safe Full Body Sculpting Workout! If you are following the postpartum workout challenge, today is Day 11! I used 3 lbs dumbbells, but filled up water bottles or cans of beans would work also. I include modifications for diastasis recti or post-c-section.
