Today we are doing a special pregnancy workout! You can do this alone, but my husband, Jeff, joined me so this is a great pregnancy workout to do with a partner. I do the low-impact pregnancy-safe options and Jeff does the advanced options. Start this as early as your first trimester and continue through third trimester!
