Today we are doing a refreshing 18-minute postnatal yoga. Feels amazing if you have a tight neck and back from breastfeeding or bottle-feeding your baby. I provide modifications for diastasis recti and after c-section (after clearance for postpartum exercises). I hope this postpartum yoga class is a nice reset in your day.
