Salmon Cake Recipe Ingredients:
-1 large potato, peeled and chopped
-2 lbs wild salmon, cooked
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 bell pepper, minced
-3 green onions, minced
-3-4 slices of thick-cut bacon (optional)
-2-3 tbsp coconut oil
