Postpartum Recovery (Stretches and Postpartum Kegel Exercises For The First 6 Weeks Postpartum)

Today we are doing gentle stretches and exercises that are designed to be safe for the first 6 weeks postpartum. Of course, listen to your body and consult your doctor if you aren't sure. Be careful to avoid bearing down and putting any excess pressure on your pelvic floor during these first few weeks.

If you have a strap you can grab it for the stretches or a baby blanket will work just as well :)
