Pregnancy Meditation for RELAXATION & SLEEP (1 Hour, NO Interruptions with Pregnancy Music)

Today we are doing a full-length 1 hour pregnancy meditation designed to relax you and/or help you sleep. Helps you feel confident and safe in your pregnancy and birth. No interruptions or breaks for the full hour. You can start this as early as your first trimester and continue until your birth! Wishing you a peaceful and beautiful pregnancy and birth!
