Diastasis Recti Yoga with Postpartum Diastasis Recti Exercises / 20 Minute Postnatal Yoga

I'm excited to share this week's postpartum workout!


This week, we are doing a 20-minute postpartum yoga that is not only diastasis recti safe, but is incorporated with diastasis recti healing moves as well. This is a great postnatal yoga class that will focus on core healing exercises. We will also practice diaphragmatic breathing while we do yoga to make sure that our core is safe.
